Scan the tag to confirm it’s active, then record the tag number, weight, date, and swim. Release the fish and update your stock log ready for next time.

Returns period:
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of return:
Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Fish tags cannot be returned once opened, as they are sterile.
Faulty items:
If a fish tag is faulty after opening, it can be returned for a replacement or refund. Handheld scanners come with a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee.
How to return:
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
